Vietnam is renowned for its stunning coffee gardens in the highlands, where the finest coffee beans are cultivated, produced, and exported around the globe.

When we talk about Vietnamese coffee, it’s not just about the exceptional quality of the beans—it’s also about the rich culture that surrounds it.

In Vietnam, especially among the elders, there’s a cherished tradition of rising early, around 4-5 AM, to exercise. As the sun begins to rise, it’s common to invite friends for a casual meet-up, whether to catch up or strengthen bonds.

This ritual is somewhat reminiscent of the "Yum Cha" or "Jom Lepak" culture in Malaysia, but we call it "Uống Cà Phê," which literally means "drink coffee." While some cultures favor luxurious, well-decorated cafes, ours is uniquely different.

Most Vietnamese, including the younger generation, prefer sipping their coffee at roadside stalls, perched on tiny wooden chairs around equally small tables. These gatherings are filled with laughter and joy, reflecting our vibrant lifestyle.

Simplicity is the essence of happiness! You might be surprised to learn that many strong friendships are forged and new connections made over coffee. It serves as a gateway to countless relationships.

If you ever find yourself in Vietnam, I highly recommend diving into this experience. Discover the warmth of our coffee culture at Pifo Café!
